My name is Jeff O’Brien. I’m a licensed real estate broker in CA, NV, ID, FL and NC with 46 years of experience.  


Which include especially when the situation involves time pressure, foreclosure, distance, deferred maintenance, or a life changes such as divorce or probate.


My experience include Buying, Selling, Building, Fixing Flipping  and Developing Properties. Broker of more then 100 agents as well as the Vice President Broker for Centex Homes for California. In addition Broker/Owner of O'Brien Mortgage for 15 plus years with extensive financing experience.
